USD 439 is an open district which means that we do enroll students who do not live within the boundaries of Sedgwick Public Schools.

Students must be in good standing to be admitted as an out-of-district student in USD 439. A student in good standing must: follow attendance/discipline policies, no major violations or patterns of disruptive behavior and have positive academic achievement. District and building administration will review this information to determine if a student will be admitted to USD 439.

You will need to fill this out for each student you are enrolling if you have multiple students.
