Field Hockey PIAA Championship Student Fan Bus
Please complete the information below if you plan on riding the fan bus to Cumberland Valley HS on Saturday, November 18th.  The cost for any student riding the bus is $10/person and must be paid by Friday at 3:00PM.  The bus will leave from the front of the High School at 9:00AM.  Anyone riding the bus should be at the school by 8:55AM.  The game is scheduled to start at 11:00AM, so the bus should arrive back at the school at approximately 2:30PM.

*Each individual spectator who plans on riding the fan bus must complete this form (for student permission and emergency contact information)

**Any student riding the fan bus will be given a ticket to get into the game and does not need to purchase a separate ticket online.  The Athletic Office will take care of getting everyone into the game that rides the fan bus.
