The MSHS Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) encourages the formation of employee resource groups (ERGs) to create an atmosphere where all employees, faculty, and students feel they belong! Through ideas and innovations from our ERGs, we are best able to inspire an inclusive environment and identify ways to best care for our diverse populations.

The All Differing Abilities Partnering Together (ADAPT) ERG serves to: harness the strengths that true diversity of ability brings by working together toward a fully inclusive culture; raise awareness of disability as an essential part of diversity, and to actively work toward an environment free from bias and discrimination; create a safe and empathetic space where people with disabilities, their allies and/or loved ones can openly discuss issues facing them; provide an educational forum for sharing ideas and information to improve patient care throughout the Health System; and provide feedback from employees to stakeholders on accessibility issues at the workplace.

There are many ways for you to belong - attend events, share your thoughts, and become an active member! The ADAPT ERG is open to all - join us!
