We are excited to have you join us for the upcoming conference. In order to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay, we kindly request you to provide us with your accommodation preferences. Please Note: 

• Allocation of rooms will be first come first serve basis and will be done on the availability of rooms
• Preference once chosen will not be changed unless availability of rooms. 
• Maximum occupancy of single room is 1 and Maximum occupancy of double room is 2 people
• No accommodation requests of extra occupancy will be entertained. We request you chose the number of rooms accordingly. (For Example: If you have 3 People in your group, you must chose 2 rooms ( 1 Single, 1 Double).
