The 2021 Region II, VI, and VII Program Committee is pleased to invite submissions for session proposals for concurrent sessions and discussion groups sessions for our SUPER Regional Meeting, the week of October 18th, VIRTUALLY. All sessions will be live and will include a moderator.
Please enter the following information for the session proposal. A member of the Program Committee will be in touch with you once the Call for Proposals has closed and session proposals have been reviewed.

Provide us with a description of your session proposal (less than 250 words) *
Provide the lead presenter contact information (name, title & institution, phone & e-mail) *
Provide the co-presenter contact information, if known at this time. Note that all sessions are intended to have at least two presenters.
If you would like to identify your own moderator, provide their contact information (name, title & institution, phone & e-mail), otherwise one will be provided for you.
