Cakes2Kids is a FREE Birthday outreach programs sponsored by Kevin Riley Foundation of Hope to provide a free birthday cake to children and teens on their special day.

Eligibility:

1. Live in Winchester, Frederick County or Clarke Counties

2. Ages 0-17

We will offer 2 OPTIONS for this program:

OPTION 1: Birthday Cake Kit (The cake kit will consist of a 9x13 disposable baking pan, one box cake mix, one tub of frosting, and a decorative item like sprinkles etc as available, as well as one pack of streamers. If you do not have oil and eggs the kits will include one can of sprite that replaces egg/oil in recipe. These kits MUST be picked up from one of our volunteers in Winchester. We encourage you to make this a family activity and bake the cake together to form beautiful memories to cherish forever!

Option 2: Fully baked and decorated birthday cake to be delivered. A fully baked and decorated birthday cake will be delivered to your home by one of our volunteers the night before your child's big day. You must be at your home during the scheduled and prearranged time to receive your cake. Deliveries will be the evening before birthday between hours of 4pm-6pm typically. 3 Weeks Notice is preferred for this option to allow us time to find a volunteer baker. Emergency situations are based on volunteer availability if under 3 weeks notice is provided.

**We encourage you (not required) to share photos from your special day with your cake with our organization that we would love to share on our social medial and website.
