Happi Partners is gathering a network of capable individuals who can contribute to delivering tangible value for our clients. Our assignments typically relate to M&A and various leadership services including CFO as a service, turnaround and performance improvement. We are looking for people with a strong professional background in financial and operative consulting and leadership roles who can work hands-on with assignments both independently and as members of a client team.

What's in it for you? In addition to meaningful work with the support of the Happi Partners team, you will earn 75% of the fees of your contribution. Should you successfully refer an assignment to Happi Partners you will earn 5% of the total fees from the assignment (limited to the first 12 months).

Your information will be treated with full confidentiality and will only be used to approach you with possible assignment opportunities and information regarding the execution partner network.

If you are interested to apply for an assignment introduced to you by Happi Partners, further information will be requested such as your CV and possible references. You will also be interviewed by Happi Partners before introduction to prospective clients. Agreements will be made once a match is found. We aim to keep processes smooth and transparent.
