The membership year of Ruthin and District U3A is April 1st to March 31st Single Annual Membership is £15.00 This includes £4.00 Capitation Fee to our national organisation The Third Age Trust, which provides a wide range of services and benefits, including liability insurance cover.  Members joining after Dec 31st pay £7.50
PAYMENT can be made via Bank transfer (BACS) or Cheque.  Paying by BACS using the following details- Barclays Bank, Payment to Ruthin and District U3A, Sort Code 20-25-76, Account number: 63936724 Reference will be your full name.   If paying by BACS Tick here if paying by BACS please do not make payment until after April 1st
If paying by Cheque, Payment please to Ruthin and District U3A and write your full name and address on the back of the cheque and send it to Alan Brown, 10 Cae Castan, Rhuthun, Denbighshire, LL15 1RX

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP 

All members must:

  1. Abide by the Aims and Guiding Principles of the U3A movement
  2. Always act in the best interests of the U3A and never do anything to bring the U3A into disrepute
  3. Abide by the terms and conditions of the constitution
  4. Treat fellow members and visitors with respect and courtesy at all times
  5. Comply with and support the decisions of the elected committee
  6. Advise the committee of any change in your personal details

PRIVACY STATEMENT 
Ruthin and District U3A requires members to provide their personal information so that you can be kept informed about events and activities that are offered as part of your membership. In collecting this information, we will store it securely; use it to communicate with you as a U3A member; share your information with group leaders for those groups you are a member of; send you general information about the Third Age Trust – they are the National Office to which all U3A’s are affiliated
