Album should strive for maximum independence for individual artists to realize their vision
Album should strive for maximum cohesiveness, creating specific roles so that the A&C team becomes a "band"

To what degree should our album engage with "star power" who may help to amplify the PPC's message on the one hand, but whose celebrity status may risk diverting attention away from the 140 million on the other?
We should focus solely on talent from within the Art/Culture team
