华人家庭中由于父母和孩子的生活文化习惯的不同，这些家庭的孩子可能要面临比他们同龄段的孩子面多更多的压力。

华协旨在建立帮助支持11-24岁青少年的平台，这个平台中，他们不但可以获得帮助和资源还能结交新的朋友，建立自信心，也可以给他们提供机会让他们展示才华和能力。

我们明白每个阶段的青少年的需求都有所不同，我们将根据年龄分为三个群提供针对性的活动：
- 11-14岁
- 15 - 18岁
- 19 - 24岁

除此之外，我们会另设一个青少年家长群用以分享给家长的信息以及互动活动。给予家长一个分享他们的经历以及面临的困难的渠道。

Due to the differences in the living and cultural habits of Chinese parents and young people grow up in western, young people in Chinese families may face more pressure than other children of the same age in Wales.

CIWA aims to establish a platform to help and support young people aged 11-24. In this platform, they not only can get help and resources, but also make new friends and build self-confidence. It can also provide them with opportunities to show their talents and abilities.

We understand that the needs of young people at each stage are different, hence we will be introducing three groups according to age to provide targeted activities:
-11-14 years old
-15-18 years old
-19-24 years old

In addition, we will set up a group for young people's parents to share information and activities with parents. Also, provide them a channel to share the experience and tell us the difficulty they face.
