7. West Hartford student or resident who are in grades 7-12 (ages 13+) from
    June 19, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Teens from nearby towns may apply to use the server. Please fill out this form
    and contact the West Hartford Libraries Teen Department at kkarp@westhartfordCT.gov to verify your age and
    identity.

Repeatedly breaking the rules can result in losing access to the server.
