Pershing County COVID-19 Vaccine Parental Survey
The FDA is excepted to soon allow children ages 5-11 years old to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccinations against COVID-19 have already been approved for individuals 12 and older. Pershing County Health Officials are seeking the number of children ages 5-11 years old whose parents would like them to be vaccinated if it is approved. This will help Pershing County order the correct number of vaccines and possibly organize a drive-through event(s) to help facilitate protection in our community. Please fill out the survey below.
