Description:
Jewelry City Steampunk Festival is a free festival, open to the public in the historical center of Attleboro. Unique steampunk-themed performances, programs and artisans are offered throughout the day at various locations in downtown Attleboro.

Jewelry City Steampunk Festival is a nonprofit organization which does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

Vending Fee:  10'x10' booth footprint - $50
                         10'x20' booth footprint - $75 (limited spaces available)
                         Portable Cart- $35
 
Vending Area: The Jewelry City Steampunk Festival takes place at multiple locations in the historical center of Attleboro. Vendor booths will be set up at the Balfour Riverwalk on North Main Street in Attleboro, MA
 
We provide only the physical space, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, displays, etc. There will be no access to electricity. Tents must be weighted with a minimum of 30 lbs per leg, tent stakes are not allowed.
 
Vendors can park at car entrance to park for load-in and load-out, but must move their vehicles to a different parking lot after unloading. Placement is first-come, first-served via application.

Load-in Hours:
6:00AM-9:30AM

Vending Hours:
10:00AM-4:00PM

Load-out Hours:
4:00PM-6:00PM - vendors must be off the grounds by 6:00PM

There will be no overnight rooms provided for Vendors.
 
MA sales tax: All vendors must have a Federal Tax ID. By submitting this application, you attest that you have, or will have, a permit to make sales at retail in the state of MA and will be responsible for filing your own sales tax.
 
Insurance:   Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Although volunteers will be present, they will not be allowed to watch vendor merchandise. Please bring enough staff.
 
Vendor Application Deadline:  Applications will be accepted until midnight February 1, 2023.  The latest you will hear back is one month before the Festival. No refunds will be issued after February 1st, 2023.

As part of this application, please email up to 5 photos of your work for promotional purposes, as well as your business logo, to Vendor@JewelryCitySteampunk.com.
