Summer 1:1 Use Agreement Form
Marysville School District (MSD) will provide students a Chromebook to continue school work during summer school. This form provides guidelines and information about expectations for families who are keeping devices over the summer. The use of district technology over the summer requires students abide by the Student Code of Conduct and all MSD policies related to technology acceptable use. Students must keep their district-issued devices safe, secure and in good working order over the summer months. Any damage or loss incurred during summer will be the responsibility of the student and his or her family. There is no insurance plan offered with the device during summer months.

By submitting this agreement, you are agreeing to abide by the conditions listed above and assume responsibility for the care and proper use of this MSD resource.  You understand you are financially liable for the loaned device for the summer months. If you are a current senior, you must turn in your Chromebook on your last day of class to avoid being fined the replacement cost. *
