GRCS Scholar College Scholarship 2024
In 2022, Galapagos Rockford Charter School created a Scholar College Scholarship Fund to support GRCS scholars attending four year institutions.  The Fund is meant to provide a modest level of assistance. It is not designed to cover the entire tuition cost for any one scholar.

Deadline for submission: All submissions should be submitted via Google Forms by 9pm on April 30, 2024.
All questions should be emailed to Mr. Lane at mlane@galapagoscharter.org .

Who can apply?: Any GRCS alum who is currently a rising Freshman or Sophomore at a four year institution. 
The scholar must have graduated from Galapagos Rockford Charter School and have attended GRCS for a minimum of two years. This is a competitive process; so we suggest that scholars carefully prepare their responses.  Applications will be reviewed by a team of people, some who may not know you.   Please put forth strong effort in your responses.  

Amount to be awarded: The amounts will be based upon the amount in the scholarship fund, this will vary based upon donations. We hope to be able to provide funding of between $1,000 to $5,000 per selected alumni
applicant.
