1. REGISTRATION
 
Anybody who wants to join the TWQ Referral Program will have to register by filling up the ‘Referral Form’, details that need to be filled in are:
i) Name
ii) Email address*.
iii) Ethereum wallet** address and/or
iv) BTC wallet** address
 
* Each person can only register one referral membership.
** Only private wallet address, not exchange wallet.
 
The referral program admin will then send an email (from: twq-referral@ip2pmoney.com) to confirm registration together with the unique referral number.
 
 
2. HOW DOES IT WORK ?
 
All you have to do is refer your friends and acquaintance and ask them to join the TWQ referral program by using your referral number. If the person you referred to, successfully purchased TWQ tokens from our IEO campaign, you'll get the referral commission.
 
 
3. APPLICABLE IEO LAUNCHPADS
 
The TWQ Referral Program will only be available for purchase/subscription of TWQ tokens on:

4. HOW MUCH WILL I GET PAID ?
 
The TWQ Referral Program offers 3 level commissions of 15% (1st level), 10% (2nd level) and 5% (3rd level) on the purchased amount of the TWQ Tokens.
 
 
5. WHAT WILL YOU GET PAID ?
 
Referral commissions are paid in the form of the coins that were used to purchase the TWQ token, for example if the person you referred, purchased the TWQ tokens using ETH, then your referral commission will be paid in ETH.
 
 
6. HOW AND WHEN WILL YOU GET PAID ?
 
The referral commission will be sent to the wallet address that you provided during registration, not later than 7 working days from the end of the IEO campaign.
 
 
7. REFERRAL PROGRAM PERIOD
 
25th November until 18th December UTC 08:00

By joining this TWQ Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions.
 
iP2P Global Ltd reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, at any time and at its discretion alone, by posting a notice announcing a change or a new agreement on the ip2pglobal.io website. If you do not wish to accept a particular amendment, you only reserve the right to terminate the agreement and your participation in the TWQ Referral Program. Your continued participation in the TWQ Referral Program following notice of a change or a new agreement on the ip2pglobal.io website will automatically constitute acceptance of the changes.
 
Your obligations
 
I) You must use the TWQ Referral Program in a manner that demonstrates common sense and respect for the rights of iP2P Global Ltd and it's partners.
II) You may not use the TWQ Referral Program on a website promoting sexually explicit material, violence, any kind of discrimination or illegal activities.
III) Spam, unwanted commercial e-mails, posting in unappropriated newsgroups or forums (non-commercial for example) are also prohibited.
IV) You may not use the TWQ Referral Program on any website url that contains all or part of our products' name, company name or web site name
 
 
Termination
 
At its discretion alone, with or without notifying you, iP2P Global Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your participation in the TWQ Referral Program immediately, should you commit fraud or abuse in your use of our referral program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, iP2P Global Ltd. shall not be liable to you for any commission for such fraudulent sales.
