Politico published a leaked draft majority opinion Monday revealing the Supreme Court would likely overturn Roe v. Wade. The Supreme Court confirmed the authenticity of the document Tuesday but noted in a statement that it "does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case."
