On-Boarding Process  Prior to Start and First Day - Evaluation 

Spearheaded by the HR of the SDO, with participation from other concerned offices, the onboarding process shall start as soon as the employee is hired.  Following is a step by step guide in conducting the onboarding process.

Onboarding helps new employees adjust to their jobs when they feel welcome, which overtime, results in increased satisfaction, increased performance and decreased attrition/turnover rate.
