Long Term Cancellations (Scrimmage/Private Lessons)
We understand that players sometimes need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, like long-term injuries or some other conflict. No worries, just let us know. If you will be absent indefinitely, please let us know by filling out the form below. Please note using the link below is the only valid method of canceling your classes. Texts and phone calls are not helpful.

Many players are seeking make-ups for their scrimmages and private lessons and although no one is guaranteed make-ups of any sort, we do try to help. It is essential we are aware of any vacancies we may offer them. Your help is therefore needed through the timely use of our cancellation forms. We will even accept cancellations up to one hour before the scheduled time. However, you can expect a $25 fine for not informing Avila Soccer of absences through our cancellations forms by then (1hr before). Obviously, the more time you give us, the better it is for our patrons. Thank you.
