Start out by reading verses from the bible to your child (Matthew 19:13-15) *

After reading ask your child "What does this story tell us about Jesus?" *

Help your child find page 22 and read the words at the top of the page after doing so ask them if they can find Jesus. Then direct them to notice the little children. Next read the word under the illustration. Have your child color the word "come." Remind your child that that Jesus calls all of us to be his followers. Encourage them to think about this Gospel and look at this picture often. When they do, suggest this prayer: "Jesus, I will always come to you." *
