St. Patrick Parent Volunteer Form - 2021/22

Dear Parents,

We are so excited to be back to doing our normal activities this school year! To make sure that the students, families, and teachers have an amazing year, we need your help with the activities listed below. Parent involvement is one of the things that makes our school so great! Many spots are open, and to have everything happen we have to fill them. Please consider coordinating an activity or taking on an open CPTO position. Of course we need people to assist and provide things too! Many hands make light work.

New Family Welcome Committee: Coordinator Kim Johnson-Herbst. This is the first item we need help with this year!

Assist in assembling welcome bags in August

Deliver welcome signs and bags to new families approximately one week before school begins

Assist in calling new families to check in after school starts. It just takes a minute to help them feel welcome and see if they have any questions.

Help with food, coffee, set up or clean up at the first-day-of-school BooHoo WooHoo Breakfast

Be the CPTO Vice President!

I would love to be the VP this year. No previous experience with CPTO needed--just a willingness to help.
