My Elderberry Fairy Kitchen Production Assistant
My Elderberry Fairy (myelderberryfairy.com) strives to create a positive work culture throughout all that we do, from the beginning stages of production, to the final stages of customer delivery and satisfaction!  

My Elderberry Fairy is a growing food production business, operating out of our own commercial kitchen in the Scottdale area of DeKalb County, off E. Ponce De Leon Ave.  We use fresh and dried ingredients to create our signature elderberry syrup, fire cider, elderberry based beverages, and other seasonal goods.   We are also a member of a growing number of Farmer's Markets in the Atlanta area.
 
We are currently seeking culinary production assistants, with the potential to transition into a production management role.
 
*Note: Additional Farmer's Market Representation roles are also available, for any candidate who would prefer to additional hours.  Please also see our Farmer's Market applicant page, if interested.  

Minimum requirements:
1.  Ability to work a *minimum* of four production days per month, typically Monday and at least 8hr shifts.
2.  Have ability to travel between your home to the commercial kitchen.  
3.  Have a phone and access to email for communication.
3.  Ability to work in an indoor, shared commercial kitchen environment (with masks!).  
4.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of equipment, raw ingredients, and finished products.
5.  Ability to arrive on time and complete work commitments.
6.  Have attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
7.  Operate in a fast paced work environment where timing and schedules are a consideration.
8.  Be 18 years of age or older.
9.  Ability to have fun and stay positive!

Preferred qualifications may include, and are not limited to the following:
1.  Culinary experience and interest.
2.  Food safety training and/or certification (ServSafe, HAACP, GMP, etc).
3.  Willingness to acquire knowledge and share information about My Elderberry Fairy products.
