If you are interested in serving as a Commissioner, please fill out the form below. If we have a vacancy your application will be reviewed by staff and forwarded to the Mayor. If we do not currently have a vacancy, your application will be archived until a seat becomes available. When a seat is available, staff will contact you to confirm you are still interested, then the application will be forwarded to the Mayor.
