REGULATIONS AND ENTRY FORM.

ANNOUNCEMENT - The Bolton MCC will hold a Trial, to be held under the ACU National Sporting Code, the Standing Trials Regulations, these Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions that may be issued.
ELIGIBILITY – All riders must be members of a National club and hold a current ACU or SACU competition licence or Trials Registration Card. Riders from any other Federation (including MCUI) must produce Start Permission from their FMN confirming insurance cover.
No public roads will be used for this event. The format will be several laps with an appropriate number of sections.

When you enter competitions organised by Bolton MCC, some or all of the following information may be collected and could be shared with other ACU event organisers/ACU Head Office/ACU Local Centre: First name, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth/Age, Make/Model/CC, Class, E-mail, Address, Phone Number, Club, Event/Disabled (Y/N). That information (either in full or in part) will be published in the event results which may appear on the club's website and other approved websites and may be made available to approved publication.

Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport: I understand that by taking part in this event I am exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity. I have read the above and acknowledge that my participation in motorsport is entirely at my own risk.

ENTRIES / FEE: - Pre-entry only online via Google Form Bolton Motor Cycle Club, Entries will close 8th July 2021
Entries will be limited to 60 rider for main course, With a Rider who rode our last trial having first refusal then first come basis
Only those who fulfil the Eligibility criteria will be allowed to enter. (No Day Membership or Registrations).
You will be notified of your entry acceptance by email.
Instructions how to obtain your riding number and register at the event will also be sent by email
Entry Fee(s): - Main course £20
COVID 19: The event will be run under the current guidelines issued by the Government and the ACU and must be adhered to.
Travel to Event and Parking: Only one person should travel in a vehicle unless from same household. Parking must be such that social distancing requirements are implemented at all times especially during unloading / loading.
Parking at Sections: On arrival at a section all riders must observe social distancing and MUST not park or queue near another rider.
Inspecting Section: Only Six riders allowed in section at any time, with any three to inspect it without lingering. A one-way route walking the section as to be ridden, with social distancing to be strictly adhered to by riders passing other riders in section.
General: Please follow all signage and instructions. Failure to comply will result in you been asked to leave the venue.
Marking will be one person in the group of six having a score card and filling in for each rider in that group.
RESULTS: - Provisional results will be posted on the club website and elsewhere in the public domain. No hard copies
AWARDS: - There will be no awards for this event
COURSE: - 4 laps of 10 sections all on private land. Sections shall be ridden in correct order on each lap. The onus on finding the sections is that of the competitor, the route will be clearly marked and should be closely followed.
METHOD of MARKING: - As per TSR 22b; (no stop). Ties will be resolved as per TSR 23
PROTESTS: - as per the National Sporting Code of the ACU, section 10.04
OBSERVERS: Will comply with Covid restrictions.
GENERAL: Strictly No Spectators or Dogs.
