INSTRUMENT OF PROXY

THIS PROXY IS TO BE USED FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TO BE HELD ENTIRELY BY VIDEOCONFERENCE
ON NOVEMBER 26, 2023 AT 2:00 PM

As a valid member of the Canadian Outrigger Racing Association (CORA), I hereby appoint [Name of Proxyholder, as entered below], or, failing that person, [Name of Alternate Proxyholder, optionally entered below] as my proxyholder to attend, act and vote for or withhold voting on my behalf, in accordance with my instructions, at the CORA AGM to be held entirely by videoconference on November 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm and at any adjournment of that meeting.

I hereby confer discretionary authority to the proxyholder(s) to vote in respect of amendments to matters identified in the notice of meeting or other matters that may properly come before the meeting.

In order to be valid, this form of Proxy must be completed at least 48 hours before the time of the Meeting to ensure that the completed proxy is deposited with the Chairman of the Meeting prior to the commencement of the Meeting. Proxyholders are not required to be members of CORA.
