Dear participants of the conference,

We are looking forward to seeing you in Prague in October.

Please fill in all the details below in order to register for the conference. Based on the information provided, an invoice will be sent to your email. All payments must be made via bank transfer no later than September 9 (the organizing institution does not offer debit/credit card, PayPal, or similar payment methods). You will find all the needed details for the bank transfer on your invoice.

If you need an invoice for your employer, fill out the institution's identification and VAT numbers.

Early registration fees were due July 31st. Registration for the conference closes on September 9th. Once the conference fee is paid, your registration is complete.

Any participant (presenting a paper or not) is obligated to pay one of following conference fees: the regular academics fee, the students fee, or the discount fee by the date on the invoice (the discounted conference fee is for academics of low and low-middle income countries). For the early registration fee, the date of payment is decisive. Please select a fee from the following drop-down window.
Attendance at the Conference Dinner / Social Event (Thursday, October 3rd) *
Please select from the drop-down window whether you want to take part in the traditional conference dinner / social event. If selecting yes, a charge for the meal will aplly. (Dinner will be in the form of a buffet, with both vegetarian and meat dishes.)
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of conference attandance and the application for a refund of the conference fee is possible before September 9, 2019. In case of cancellation prior to September 9th, a 20€ administrative charge will apply. A refund will be made to the registered account (from which the payment of the fee was recieved).  For payments received from outside Czechia by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all bank charges will be forwarded to the registrants account. After September 9,  the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration and dinner fee.
Audio/video recording consent
Photographs and/or video will be taken at this event. By taking part in the Private, Civil, and Public SEXUALITIES: XI. International Academic Conference you grant the conference organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming.
