Pre-Order Interest Form for "Kismet" Book
Hi everyone! If this is your first time hearing about "Kismet", “Kismet” explores the concept of marriages in Islam. Because pre-marital relations (both physical and emotional) are not allowed in Islam, Muslims don’t ‘date’. My book will overcome the negative stereotypes surrounding the concept of 'arranged marriages' and introduce spirituality as a third element of the relationship. For YA and New Age readers, “Kismet” will aim to shed light on stereotypes within the Islamic community. By following Ayesha, Fiza, and Anna's love stories, readers are encouraged to ask questions, take the time to learn about other cultures and religions, and see Muslim relationships with new eyes.

"Kismet" is my debut novel and follows the love stories of three Muslim women:

Ayesha has just graduated from law school and is going home for the rest of the summer. Single, and 26, Ayesha's parents throw another bachelor her way... but is she willing to agree to an arranged marriage?

Fiza, now 28, looks back to her time in college. She had fallen in love fast, at 21, and gotten married even faster. Had it been a mistake all along?

Annika, nicknamed Anna by her friends, has grown up under the Russian Orthodox Church all her life. After entering college and meeting some new faces, Anna begins to question everything.
