The Fourth Trimester with Sarah Horne
https://www.routachment.com/  ROUTINE - I strongly believe that The Fourth Trimester is a time to absolutely go with the flow, rest, recover and utilise ‘the village’ around the new parent.

After the first 12 weeks, babies can be introduced incrementally to aspects of routine that you will follow, not religiously, but as a guideline. This can be around periods of awake time, feeding, settling and sleeping.

ATTACHMENT - Like us as adults, familiarity helps us to feel more secure. It is the same with our babes. When they can anticipate what might be happening next most of the time, they easy adapt to the changes in the day and night.
