CONSENT FORM AND DATA COLLECTION

Categories of data concerning you that are processed
This survey asks questions about your workflows with a particular focus on developing and managing ideas. No identifier is collected alongside this data unless you choose to submit your email address for further follow-up, in which case we will treat your data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Purpose of processing activities
The data will be analyzed to investigate how music artists use tools to manage ideas in their everyday practice.

Any recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
This data is collected as part of the project Managing Ideas in Creative Work, initiated by the Centre for Digital Creativity at Aarhus University. This data will not be shared beyond the members of this research group.

Data controller
Professor Peter Dalsgaard, Aarhus University, is the data controller for the processing of this data. For any questions, you can reach out to dalsgaard@cavi.au.dk.

Storage period
The data will be stored for the duration of the project, ending not later than December 2025. After this time, any data that might be considered personal will be removed. The data will be stored securely on Aarhus University servers.
