This form is designed to help facilitate carpooling among Northstar parents to and from the Northstar School.  Please fill this form if you are interested to receive a ride for your children or to help give a ride to others.  By filling out this form, you are not obligated to participate in any way.  This form will only be used to facilitate ride sharing among parents.
