Students and parents are required to read the attached Chromebook User Agreement and complete this form. A completed user agreement must be on file at Villa Rica Middle School prior to student Chromebook assignment and use.
Forms are due by August 5, 2024.
Students who enroll after the back-to-school period must complete and submit the form within three days of their enrollment date. This form confirms that both the student and parent/guardian understand and agree to adhere to the VRMS Chromebook User Agreement.
