This informed consent form is for entry level, BPO related positions whose job roles and functions are routinary, have repetitive or rule-based tasks comprised of either Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Data Entry Clerks and Document Processor or Records Clerks in Cebu City, Philippines, invited to participate in this study titled “Growth or Fixed? The Moderating Role of Mindset in the Relationship Between Perceived AI Threat and Work Engagement Among Employees in the Philippine BPO Industry”
