Lake Braddock "Bruins Stay After"                      After-School General Permission Form 2021-22
Welcome to Lake Braddock Secondary School - we are so happy to have you all as apart of Bruin Nation!
At LBSS, we offer a middle school after-school program for all 7th and 8th grade students. We are continuously seeking feedback from students and looking to add to our array of club and activity offerings.

FALL 2021 - - WE ARE BACK IN-PERSON!!!
We are aiming to have a full slate of programs/activities for students to participate in after-school when the program starts up mid-September 2021. While a majority of offerings will be offered in-person at Lake Braddock, there will be a number of activities that we will plan in collaboration with other FCPS middle schools and we will also still have a number of virtual activities for students on the Bruins Stay Virtual After-School Site: https://sites.google.com/fcpsschools.net/lbms-virtual-after-school/home
Note - Our Bruins Stay Virtual After-School Site can only be accessed by student Gmail accounts (@fcpsschools.net)

Snack will be provided daily for the MS After-School Program, please reach out to me via email with any dietary restrictions.

Parents are required to complete this registration form for our records in order for students to participate in the MS After-School program.

Once the registration form is submitted, students will then be able join the LBMS After-School Program and participate in  any offerings.

Dietary Restrictions
The "Bruins Stay After" MS After-School Program offer a daily snack to all registered after-school students. Please email the After-School Specialist, Jamaal Hines (jlhines@fcps.edu), if your student has any dietary restrictions.
