Registrations will be open from 8:00 on 4 JANUARY 2021 to 20:00 on 25 JANUARY 2021.

To complete the online application, in addition to the personal data of the child and parents, it is necessary to indicate the details of a valid ID DOCUMENT of the parent who completes the application.

It is also necessary to choose and enter an IDENTIFICATION CODE of the application: the code created must be kept because it will be used to identify the application when the lists of accepted and any waiting lists will be published, in which the names of the children will not be reported in compliance with the privacy.
The code must consist of 5 characters and contain at least one letter, one number and one special character.

The application form incorporates the provisions of articles 316, 337 ter and 337 quater of the civil code and subsequent amendments and additions. The application form, falling under parental responsibility, must always be SHARED by both parents / exercising parental responsibility. To this end, the parent / operator of parental responsibility who completes the application form declares to have made the choice in compliance with the aforementioned provisions of the Civil Code.

The compilation of the application form for registration takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree 445/2000, containing the “Consolidated text of legislative and regulatory provisions on administrative documentation”. Therefore, the data reported in the registration form assume the value of REPLACEMENT DECLARATIONS of certification, made pursuant to Article 46 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree Finally, we recall the provisions of articles 75 and 76 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 which, in addition to entailing the forfeiture of benefits, provide for administrative and criminal consequences for those who make statements that do not correspond to the truth.
