SappyFest - Call for Volunteer Board Members 

SappyFest is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join its board of directors. 

As we embark on our journey to create yet another unforgettable celebration of music, art and community, we are eager to welcome fresh perspectives and expertise to our team. Whether you're a seasoned festival aficionado, an artist, cultural worker, administrative professional, or a dedicated community leader, if you share our love for independent artistry and our commitment to fostering creativity and connection, we want to hear from you. 

We are especially looking for individuals with knowledge in the following areas: fundraising, grant writing, finance, and board governance. Digital administration infrastructure, organizational resilience, human resources, accessibility, and strategic planning are other helpful areas of expertise.

The Board of Directors meets approximately once per month throughout the year, and twice per month leading up to the festival (June - August). Board members serve on the Board for a two-year term and may be re-elected for a second-year term.
