Falls are the leading cause of accidental injuries and death in older adults, but they are not a normal or natural part of aging. Learn what puts people at risk of falling and how to reduce those risk factors, the keys to improving your balance, and how to decide when to see a doctor or a physical therapist. Participants will also have the opportunity to perform several simple tests to learn whether they may be currently at risk of falls.
