Title: Humanizing Engineering: Evolving the Status Quo"
Description: In this interactive workshop, we will explore how engineering faculty can shift towards using a sociotechnical lens when teaching engineering curricula (humanizing engineering within the boundaries of current culture). The session will challenge faculty and staff to consider their own positionality and reflect upon how they have experienced and/or engaged with engineering’s exclusionary culture in the past.
