If your student is having problems with their Chromebook, please complete this form for assistance.  Once submitted, Lisa Wilbanks or Tammy Looney, SJES Computer Technician, will be in contact with you via email or phone.

DISCLAIMER:
If the Chromebook has physical damage, a $25 fee will be required at the time of pickup in order to receive a new Chromebook.

If the problem is due to no fault of the user, a new Chromebook will be issued at no cost.
