ICT Authority of Kenya with
financial support from the United Kingdom’s Digital Access Programme is
conducting an assessment of Kenya’s national digital skills demand and supply
through the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The assessment targets
the Kenyan Government's ICT Digital Masterplan (2022-2032) digital skills
pillar, with an aim to harmonise digital skills training by identifying demand
and supply gaps in Kenya and thereafter provide a national digital skills
roadmap to support the uniformity and quality of diverse digital training
initiatives across Kenya and guide the design of digital skills programs to
meet market demands and future trends.
As part of this assessment the
Consultant is required to collect data from stakeholders
to facilitate a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the digital
skills in Kenya. This activity is also in line with Kenya's constitutional
requirements on public participation in decision making. This assessment is being conducted in line with applicable privacy laws for the limited purpose of the objectives of the assessment. You have been selected to participate in the assessment because your input is important to the success of this exercise.
