Smithtown High School East Gala Ticket Request Form 2024

Dear Friends,

The 46th Gala Concert at High School East will take place on Saturday, March 23th at 7:00 PM.  The Gala Concerts are sponsored by the Smithtown College Scholarship Committee.  

The Gala is the major fundraiser for the Scholarship Committee. Tickets are $15.00. All audience members must have a ticket to enter the auditorium.

All seating at High School East is assigned and tickets are required for admission.  Due to limited seating in the auditorium, please be aware that this concert typically sells out.  If any seats remain available on the night of the concert, committee members will be there to sell them; these seats will also be specific seat assignments. We are not able to accept credit cards or any electronic payment.

Please be aware that once the concert has begun, the auditorium doors will not be opened while the students are performing. The doors will be opened for entering only when performing groups are exiting and entering the stage.

Reserved tickets should be ordered by completing the information below and submitting the request.  Payment of $15 per ticket should be made payable to Smithtown College Scholarship Committee and mailed to P. O. Box 497, Smithtown, NY 11787.  We are not able to accept credit cards or electronic payment.  The committee will email your paid seat assignments by March 20.  We respectfully ask that you add our email address (SmithtownCSC@gmail.com) to your contacts to assure prompt delivery.  We also ask that you print the email attachment to serve as a ticket for each member of your party.

In order to offer all families an opportunity to attend, we ask that you limit your initial order to five (5) tickets.  Remaining tickets will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis the night of the concert. We will gladly accommodate additional ticket requests after March 20th.
