A moderator accidentally posts an racist meme in the Bug Report forum. He deletes it after a minute, but you're still messaged by another concerned user about it first. When confronted about it, the mod explains that it was an accident, and that they shouldn't face consequences for it because they deleted it already. They also argue that since neither you nor the person who messaged you are of the race the meme offends, it shouldn't matter. Should it matter? What sort of consequences should they face if so? *
