Request to Test Out of 7th Grade Advanced Math
The purpose of this form is to give students the opportunity to test out of 7th Grade Advanced Math if they are currently enrolled in 6th Grade Advanced Math.

All forms must be submitted by 5/8/2024.  There are no exceptions.

Requirements to qualify for testing out:

-- 90th percentile or above for spring (5th grade) and fall (6th grade) Math NWEA.
-- All A's in math for Q1, Q2, and Q3.
