Renara has two Discord servers:
- Renara's Grove - A project/ Voice Acting/ Creative Collaboration server.
- Hawkethorpe - A Public/Patreon/Mental Health Community server.

Both servers need Mods.

As moderators of Renara's server(s) we value diversity, inclusion, and the sharing of knowledge/ideas. As well as an active motivation to help improve the server(s) to help build and take care of our community.

Hawkethorpe has a section dedicated to Mental Health. Providing a safe space for everyone, encompassing a wide range of difficulties and challenges.

E.G: Dissociative Identity Disorder, Depression, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ Areas, Anxiaty, ED ect.

"While none of us are medical professionals, we are all compassionate people and we want to help provide a safe space for you all."

Hawkesthrope is also a Patreon server.

Within certain channels, Patreon exclusive content will be shared + Patreon only section will be accessed by their own respective tiers of subscription.

Access to the wider areas of Renara's Grove is also a Patreon privilege for the highest tier ONLY.

As a moderator, you will have access to all part of the server and need to keep an eye on these areas too.Although, Renara and Grim will also be most active within these sections.

As a moderator you will need to work closely as a team with other mods, to keep the peace and make decisions that will affect others without senior staff (Renara or Grimm) present or within immediate contact.

Please give an example of a time you have demonstrated this, (either IRL, online or both).

You wake up to find that someone has been spamming a lot in a general tab overnight. As a Moderator, what would you do? *

Person (A) is causing Person (B) discomfort because (A) believes (B) is "self-harming" by expressing themselves in a way (A) disagrees with.

You have no evidence to suggest actual physical harm is occur to (B)

(B) has blocked (A), however person (A) has asked you to step in to help them. As a Mod, what would you do?

If you see a group of users using excessive profanity, and using radical/racial slurs within any part of the server. As a Moderator, what would you do? *
A user has brough up a topic that could cause trouble; some of the fellow user in the server begin to start a debate on the subject, its tense. As a moderator, what would you do? *
An argument has broken out in one of the tabs in the server, threats are being made and name are being called. As a Moderator, what would you do? *
The server has started to become quiet for a long period of time, not a lot of activity is happening. As a Moderator, what would you do to keep the server alive? *
You see a user posting memes or making comments that may offend certain groups of people, yet you find it funny yourself or you agreed with the statment made. As a Moderator, what would you do? *
If you see that a user has disclosed personal information, Eg a home address, a full name that isn’t one within the server, a post code/zip code, be it their own or someone else’s. As a Moderator, what would you do? *
A user has reached out to you asking for your help, they are feeling bullied by other users and are feeling very low. As a Moderator, what would you do? *
There is a user that is becoming very friendly with another user. Odd flirtatious behaviour, trying to organise a meeting in the real world, offering to buy things for the user or any other odd behaviour. As a Moderator, what would you do if you saw this? *
A user has revealed doxing information (Legal name, place of work, home address Etc.) about Renara Hawke, Grimm or any of the users within the server.  As a Moderator, what would you do?   *
If a user comes to you, saying that another user in the server has blocked them/ is ignoring them and they need to get in contact with them urgently. As a Moderator what would you do? *
Do you have a DBS or CRB/ISA certificate? - (Are you legally recongised as being able to work with young people under the age of 18.) *
