The data subject has at any time the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 7 point 3 of the GDPR Regulation, for which purpose it may use the functionality of MailChimp. Each sent message directly provides a link and instructions for removing personal data (email address) from the list of recipients and disposing of such personal data in a simple and automated manner.
In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject also has the following rights:
a) Right of data subject to access to data (Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation):
The data subject shall have the right to confirm that the controller processes his or her personal data, to have access to that data, to have information concerning such processing and to provide copies of the personal data held on the data subject by the controller.
b) Right of correction of the person concerned (Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation):
The data subject has the right to have the operator correct incorrect personal data concerning him without undue delay. With regard to the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
c) Right of erasure of the data subject (Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation):
The data subject has the right to have the controller delete without undue delay personal data concerning the data subject if any of the reasons set out in Art. 17 GDPR Regulations.
d) Right of the data subject to restrict the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation):
The data subject has the right to have the controller stop using the personal data of the data subject in certain circumstances, these circumstances being defined in Art. 18 GDPR Regulations.
e) Right of the data subject to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation):
It does not apply due to the nature of the legal basis for the processing of OU.

The controller states that it processes all personal data exclusively in accordance with generally binding legal regulations (especially the GDPR Regulation and the Act), while appropriate measures of a technical, organizational and personnel nature have been taken by the controller so that the security of processed personal data is not endangered. All entities that come into contact with personal data in the performance of their duties are bound by a legal or contractual duty of confidentiality.
