***All paperwork and fees MUST be received, via email or regular mail, prior to each event.***  

COMPLETED REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:
1. Payment - via PayPal or check
2. Coggins - If your coggins is valid through the 2021 season, you need only submit it ONCE.
3. Waiver/Liability - A new waiver is required for EACH event.

Riders 18 years and under MUST wear a helmet when mounted or when on the course (in-hand or mounted).

Year End Awards? *
$20 Year End Awards Fee must be paid (for each division entered) prior to the first challenge.  To qualify for Year End Awards, you must have competed in at least 3 out of the 4 Challenge dates.  Scores from all 4 dates will be tabulated for Year End Awards.  Champion and Reserve will be awarded for each DIVISION and 1st - 3rd place will be awarded for each CLASS for Year End.  
Course Maintenance Fee: *
A $10 Course Maintenance Fee is required for each horse entered.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation may be submitted up to 10 days prior to the date of the event and are subject to a $20 administration fee.  Although no refunds will be given within 10 days of the event, you have the option of transferring/selling your spot to another individual.
