Thank you for your interest in the Putnam County Agricultural Fair, an awarding winning fair that garners many visitors each year. If you are a non-concession vendor, please fill out the form below for booth space inside the North Grandstands or booth space on the grounds outside.

*After you fill out this form, expect a response back in early-to-late spring 2023.

The 2023 dates for the fair are August 3-12.

Booths can be manned or unmanned. The PCAF is not responsible for vendor products or display. The NorthGrandstand is locked when the building is not open to the public.

Set-up times for booths:

Tuesday-Thursday (August 1-3) 10 a- 4 p

Thursday, August 3, all exhibits must be in place no later than 4p for the fair’s opening.

Building hours during the fair, August 3-12:

Weekdays Building Open 4p – 9p

Saturdays Building Open 12 p – 9p

Sunday Building Open 12 p – 9 p

Outside vendors can look at Midway and main arena activities and man their booth during high traffic times.
