5:00-6:00 pm : BBQ Dinner- Burgers (Vegetarian Option Available)

7:30- 9:00 pm : Speaker Meeting- Previous SOR Chair- Grange G.

9pm : Free Time


Saturday August 13th


8:00-9:00 am : Breakfast- Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Smash Browns

9:30-10:30 am : Meeting

10:30- 4:00 pm : Activities- Archery, Swimming, Sooke Potholes, Bocce 

5:00-6:30 pm : Dinner- Rib Eye Steaks, Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables (Vegetable Option Available)

7:00- 7:30 : Auction/Raffle

7:30-9:00 pm : Speaker Meeting- Dave from Vancouver

9:00 pm- 9:30 pm : Clean Time Countdown

9:30 : Free Time


Sunday August 14th


8:30- 9:30am : Closing Breakfast

9:30- 11:00 : Campsite takedown, Clean up
