The school fair organisation is under way! We have two new convenors: Clare Bell and Heidi Parsonson who are already working hard behind the scenes. We have people on the fair committee willing to take on the responsibility for specific stalls. What we need now is people willing to sign up to help the stall organisers or to volunteer in some way. You don't have to attend all of the meetings until closer to the time; you will just meet with your stall holder. This is a great way to contribute to the school and to join in with the school community. Proceeds go to our new bike track. Later in the year we will let you know about other ways you can contribute (donations of goods etc).

Chocolate Wheel -
Book Stall -
Special events such as:
Face painting
Bouncy Castle
Food Stalls - (Including Ethnic Foods), nachos, burgers, bacon sandwiches, icecreams, cold drinks
Classic Car or Hot Rod rides.
Pony Rides
Any other ideas welcome.

We will be looking for sponsors for our silent auction and to cover costs of the fair. If any business owners out there are interested in sponsoring us please contact us or indicate on the form below.
