IFSA Positions and duties
1. President
  • Supervise OSU-IFSA chapter activities
  • Represent and maintain communication at in local, national ,and international meetings
  • Maintain external communications
  • Coordinate fund raising activities with the Treasurer
  • Other duties as required
2. Vice President 
  • Recruit new members 
  • Perform duties as authorized by president if the President is absent 
  • Other duties as necessary 
3. Treasurer
  • Look after finances
  • Fund raising activities
  • Report of the expenses in the system
  • Payment and reimbursement
4. Secretary 
  • Attend College of Forestry club council meetings 
  • Attend Regional coffee hours
  • Take notes and minutes 
5. Communications Officer
  • Sends weekly/biweekly update to members
  • Coordinates website development
  • Social media handling 
  • Coordinates outreach material (flyers and posters)
6. Representative of other Colleges 
  • Liaison between IFSA-OSU and other Colleges (other than Forestry)
7. Head of a sub-committee
  • If you are interested to spearhead a committee about a specific topic
