Welcome to Battlemoor XII
We are so pleased that you have decided to join us this year! I hope this information helps you
as you enjoy your time with us. Items of important note:
● All merchants are responsible for their own unloading, setup and tear down
● Merchants required to check in after NOON on Tuesday, July 2, 2024
● All vehicles are to be removed from Merchant area as soon as you have unloaded.
● Merchants are expected to be open daily, minimally from 10am-6pm
● Merchants with generators are required to have a sound box to insulate it.
● Merchant booth tear down cannot begin before 8pm Saturday July 6, 2024
● NO vehicles are allowed on Merchant’s row until 6am Sunday July 7, 2024
● Merchants must be off site by 3pm Sunday July 7, 2024
● Merchants please remove flags and marking tape before opening to public.
● Please leave your space as clean, or even cleaner than you found it.
● Combined Sales Tax is 7.4%; Colorado at 2.9% and Las Animas County at 4.5%

You are cordially invited to participate in Moonlight Madness, which is scheduled 6-10 pm,
Friday, July 5, 2024. Please keep in mind that Moonlight Madness is scheduled for people to
shop in the cool of the evening, not to undercut your fellow vendors and artisans. This is a
completely voluntary event.

We ask that you please donate to the event’s volunteer raffle, those donations will be
collected on Wednesday, July 3rd. Please remember to include a business card with your
donation.

If during the event you need to reach me, please come to my booth or contact any member of
security or any event staff member and they will be happy to page me.
Finally, I want to give you my heartfelt appreciation for joining us this year and for trusting me
to be your coordinator.
